▪️feel the warm water touching your body
▪️close your eyes and imagine that the water becomes a golden light capable of purifying your energy and revitalizing your spirit
▪️visualize your body as it glows with this beautiful light, regenerating and restoring.
▪️imagine the water washing away anything you no longer need
▪️give thanks for this life, your experience, your body, your baby, your family – whatever comes to mind for you.
▪️take 3 deep, cleansing breaths in closing
▪️be extra gentle with yourself as you move into the rest of your day/ night
