I’m reading Natural Health after Birth by @dr.avivaromm ✨ and this is a list she shares with her clients to allow them to reflect on their self-care. The goal of postpartum is to remain well-nourished and these questions can help you reflect on ways to improve or inspire self-nourishment.
Based on your answers below, are you allowing yourself to take care of you? ????
_ I am eating well, nourishing my postpartum body
_ I eat something fresh and natural each day
_ I allow myself to rest when I’m tired
_ I nap regularly or as often as I can
_ I drink enough fluids each day
_ I spend time in nature several times each week
_ I get enough sunlight most days
_ I take good care of my physical health and get help for physical complaints
_ I take good care of myself
_ I get regular exercise
_ I make time to enjoy life (music, art, etc.)
_ I regularly do things that bring me joy and satisfaction
