Hi! I'm Kaitlin - the mama behind Shugie. ????
Hi! I'm Kaitlin - the mama behind Shugie. ????

Each week, I share products, practitioners, experiences, tips, and tricks that can support you as you enter motherhood.

During my pregnancy last year, I committed to planning for my postpartum experience when I learned that mothers who report feeling supported and knowledgeable about postpartum significantly reduce their risk for postpartum depression and anxiety.

This fact felt HUGE to me and I knew it deserved attention. So I started creating Shugie, where I put everything I’ve gathered in one place – the product reviews, practitioners that I love, and the take-away action items that you can do at home like meditation exercises and recipes.

My hope is that Shugie will be your source of inspiration to create a peaceful postpartum in whatever way that looks like for you.

Thank you for being here and supporting me. ????
