A quick mindfulness exercise for you ⤵️

???? Pause & take a deeeep breath.
Name one thing you can see.
Name one thing you can hear.
Name one thing you can smell.
Name one thing you can taste.
Name one thing you can feel.

Think of the answers slowly, one sense at a time. Allow your body to become still and relaxed.

Stay as long as you would like.

Repeat daily. ???? #readshugie
